Healing Connections Counseling Center is looking to hire a Part-Time Weekend Clinician to join our team We are looking for a NJ-licensed clinician to offer weekend sessions on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday in-person at our Ramsey office and virtually through our HIPAA compliant platform to children, adolescents, teens, and adults. Given the high demand of services for children, adolescents, and teens, these populations would be first priority for the clinician in this position with the opportunity to also work with adults. This position does have the opportunity to become full-time, however sessions offered on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) would likely need to be conducted virtually as we have limited office space on those days. Given the culture and climate of HCCC, it would be highly preferred for candidates to attend biweekly group supervision on Thursdays from 1-2pm either virtually or in person. Duties include:
Provide 45-60 minute therapy sessions with clients weekly
Schedule and perform initial intakes with new clients
Maintain clinical documentation, including initial diagnosis, treatment plans, and weekly therapy notes
Communicate with collateral contacts as necessary for client treatment plan
Take and log payments as needed
Provide documentation as necessary for insurance companies
Participate in individual supervision and biweekly group supervision

Requirements:
Required Education: Masters Degree
Required License: NJ State Licensed LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW
Availability on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday for in-person and virtual sessions
Minimum of 12 clients per week (PT), minimum of 22 clients per week (FT)
Must be willing to work with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
Highly preferred to attend biweekly group supervision on Thursdays 1-2pm

Pay Range:
For provisionally licensed clinicians, pay is $40/hour.
For fully licensed clinicians, starting pay per hour is $50 based on experience.
