Our Receptionist supports Edgerton Hospital by performing the following duties:
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Greeting & directing all lobby traffic
- Collecting payments from patients
- Completing departmental projects.
Our ideal candidate will:
- be a role model of the hospital's I CARE values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence
- provide outstanding customer service
- be able to multi-task; handling multiple calls and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
- understand the registration process
- Light cleaning duties at end of clinic day as assigned
- uphold HIPAA requirements
- Computer and keyboard experience is required.
- EPIC experience is preferred but not required.
