Our Receptionist supports Edgerton Hospital by performing the following duties:
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Greeting & directing all lobby traffic
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Completing departmental projects.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will:
  • be a role model of the hospital's I CARE values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence
  • provide outstanding customer service
  • be able to multi-task; handling multiple calls and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
  • understand the registration process
  • Light cleaning duties at end of clinic day as assigned
  • uphold HIPAA requirements
  • Computer and keyboard experience is required.
  • EPIC experience is preferred but not required.
