Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (40 hours per week) in
our Information Technology Department for a Desktop Support Technician.

Desktop Support Technician Responsibilities:
  • Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays.
  • Desktop Support Tech is responsible for the planning, installation and trouble-shooting PC's and hardware components.
  • Will assist with the maintenance of other software and hardware and services supported by Information Services.
  • Research and analyze new technologies - hardware and software and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Monitor inventories of hardware and software.
  • Able to operate the file server.
Requirements:
  • An associate's degree in a computer-related field is desired or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
