Marketing Communications Manager

Dekko is adding a Marketing Communications Manager. The main mission of this full-time senior level contributor is to assist in driving new business to the Dekko sales team, through the effective management of all marketing activities through research and market analysis.

Manages the marketing communications activities for Dekko. Administers the development and dissemination of information meant to drive sales of the organization's products or services. The appropriate candidate will have experience in graphic design, website design, CRM management, event planning, technical specification creation and advertising management as well as understanding and experience with marketing campaigns to include social media, SEO, email and PR.

What you'll do:

  • Research, document and make presentations on critical customer and market trends and insights by establishing a Voice of the Customer Process.
  • Development and maintenance of the annual marketing plan including setting objectives and measuring results.
  • Leadership of quarterly marketing activities and reviews
  • Coordination and administrative support of all Trade Show activities including but limited to: Exhibit management, Pre / Post show marketing efforts
  • Becoming an expert in product lines and business strategy, developing competitive intelligence in regards to market and industry landscape, and developing a strong understanding of customer/end users.
  • Manage product marketing and branding activities including portfolio general management and market share.
  • Development and management of case studies, success cases & customer testimonials
  • Management of the Dekko website and online presence including but not limited to: Website maintenance, Social Media, Content management, Website redesign if needed
  • Lead the internal and external-marketing initiatives required to support business planning, strategic planning and Merger and Acquisition activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying target markets, products and future business drivers, competitive landscape analysis and economic conditions analysis.
  • Analyze customer needs, perceptions, and behavior through a combination of proprietary and syndicated customer research studies.
  • Perform statistical analysis of market environment and future trends; make recommendations based on findings.
  • Publish regular updates on market environment to track company progress.
  • Provide customer data for marketing campaigns and customer analytics.
  • Maintain and provide ongoing support for research databases and models.
  • Manage on-going tracking studies providing monthly updates and insightful summaries.
  • Support client teams providing an integrated view of their segment/market or function.

  • Must think strategically, critically evaluate and clearly synthesizes information.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to organize and complete multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Extreme attention to follow through and work quality.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to deal with a fast paced environment with changing work priorities.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in managing quantitative and qualitative market research projects
