Cedar Rapids, Iowa (with occasional travel to Des Moines and Minnesota locations)Overview:As a Marketing Manager at our heavy construction equipment dealership, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with customers through various channels, and supporting our sales team with effective marketing strategies. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong ability to execute marketing initiatives while also being a collaborative team player.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Manage all aspects of our social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Content Creation:Create compelling marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content, for use across various channels.Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.Email Marketing:Manage our email list and create targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized email content that supports their efforts.Sales Support:Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide personalized marketing support.Develop customized marketing materials and email campaigns to assist the sales team in their efforts.Website Management:Oversee and update our website to ensure it reflects our current inventory, promotions, and brand identity.Implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive website traffic.Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, open houses, and trade shows.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.Adobe Proficiency:Utilize Adobe image and document creation products, such as Photoshop and InDesign, to produce high-quality marketing materials.Qualifications:Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the heavy equipment industry or a related field.Strong social media savvy with a deep understanding of various platforms and their best practices.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Energetic, competitive mindset with a drive to achieve results.Willingness to travel to our locations in Des Moines and Minnesota as needed.Benefits:Competitive salary, benefits and profit-sharing package.Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding company.Direct involvement with company owners and management, allowing for meaningful contributions and impact on business outcomes.Join our team and be a part of our exciting journey as we continue to grow and innovate in the heavy construction equipment industry Apply now to become our next Marketing Manager.
