Manufacturing Engineer

To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

•Develop and implement manufacturing processes and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

•Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new production lines and equipment.

•Conduct feasibility studies for new product introductions and provide manufacturing input.

•Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

•Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.

This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Press Team and reports to the Press Operations Manager.

Required experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 0- 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Preferred experience in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support manufacturing activities.
