THE POSITIONOur roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is looking for a Web & CMS Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our Web based products & Content Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our Web & CMS products meet and exceed the needs of our customers, drives business growth, and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Identify, shape, and ensure execution of new products and product initiatives via the Product Roadmap
  • Ensure transparency and alignment on the roadmap across the group, bridging the gap between product and other functions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our Web and CMS products
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
  • Play an active supporting role to Product Managers, especially with refining and managing the product backlog/roadmap
  • Build and nurture a high performing team of product managers/owners, while also expanding existing product work streams
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years' experience in product management
  • 2+ years' experience managing a team of Product Mangers/Owners
  • Must have a proven record of delivering best in class Web and/or CMS products
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI design principles, and digital product development processes
  • Experience with Sanity CMS products is a big advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
