Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, visitors and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Work cooperatively with the sales, service and other internal teams
• Maintain Lexus Boutique, stocking merchandise and assisting customers with sales
• Receipting cash, check, and credit cards
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• File
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Checking in loaners
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Previous cashiering and customer service experience required
• Experience in the automotive industry helpful but not required
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional and businesslike appearance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
