  • Organize and lead aspects of the individual projects such as, material inventory, labor tracking, and financial reconciliations while performing other necessary support tasks including producing project reports and managing action items.
  • Learn the details of different projects to provide guidance and support to project teams on financial matters.
  • Communicate with employees throughout the Company and with vendors daily.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to internal management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting or associates degree with equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and practices, and advanced skills using Excel, Word and experience with Financial Information Systems is a must.
  • Must understand budgets, forecasts, cash flows, cash commitments, project accounting, billing processes, and administration of construction financial tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as high quality customer relation skills with internal and external parties is needed.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent time management skills are essential.
