Zilliant is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to join our Global Engineering team. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will oversee our offshore QA team who is spread across Europe and Asia and report directly to our CTO. You will develop and maintain quality processes and conduct reviews. Your typical day will involve working with global QA initiatives and processes, and implementing performance testing strategies for sustained competitive advantage. Additional tasks that can be fulfilled by the QA analyst, such as helping with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test management, functional demos for customers, and optional tasks like performance testing and test automation.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the development and implementation of performance testing strategies, including load, stress, and endurance testing. Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption. Stay updated with the latest advancements in quality engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Oversee the design of test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements. Review detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing. In depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end to end functional and automation testing. Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.

What You’ll Need:

3+ years of people leadership experience; experience overseeing global offshore teams is a plus 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with performance testing experience. Experience with automation testing tools Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies. Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes. Strong understanding of quality engineering processes and methodologies. Experience with load, stress, and endurance testing tools. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
