Role Purpose:Mark Anthony Brewing is hiring a Automation & Controls Engineer to provide troubleshooting, and maintenance of all automation and controls systems in our manufacturing facility. This is your opportunity to be a part of an innovative team in a brand new, state-of-the-art brewing facility in Columbia, SC. This is an overnight position 7:00pm to 7:30am. Accountabilities & Impact:Provide instrumentation and controls troubleshooting support for manufacturing operations teamWorking with electronic control systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control elements used in automated processesTesting instrumentation and control systems and maintaining test equipmentTests accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, oscilloscopes, and multimeterConsulting manuals, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematicsRepairing and adjusting controls system components or removing and replacing defective partsInstalling control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipmentProvide training to maintenance technicians and operations team on equipment use and troubleshootingWork on assign continuous improvement projects assigned by CI leadership teamFoster collaborative and organizational learningProvide process engineering support for manufacturing operationsProficient with personal computers and business applicationsSkills & Experience Needed:Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred3 to 5 years applicable experience in industrial manufacturing (brewery experience a plus)Certified Allen Bradley (Studio 5000, Factory Talk SE and ME, and AssetCentre)Experience with high speed packaging equipment desiredMust be willing to work overnight shiftAt Mark Anthony, we live by our 5 Core Values every day:Sense of UrgencyWe value sense of urgency because we are a fast-paced company in a fast-paced industryYou act as if there is no tomorrow and get it done todayAuthenticityWe value authenticity because we need to stay realYou are authentic, diplomatic, respectful, thoughtful and you always have the best intentionsSimplicityWe value simplicity; why use 50 words when you can use 5?You thrive in ambiguity, are comfortable with change and bring simplicity to complex situations or grey areaHumilityWe value humility; there is no room for egos hereYou're not stubborn, you listen, take feedback/direction and respond quickly to changing direction.
