RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy:

Define and drive the behavior change and habit formation product strategy in alignment with the overall product and business goals. Identify opportunities to give users the best ways to meet their goals. Roadmap Planning:

Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, consistently delivering users value as a membership business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are aligned with user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility. User-Centric:

Champion a user-centric approach to product development and inspire your team and the broader org to obsess over every detail in the user experience. Data-Driven:

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and user experience. A strong analytical skill set is a must. End-to-End:

Ensure consistent and woven end-to-end user experiences for anything you build. Behavior Change:

Leverage behavioral and habit formation best practices to effectively drive behavior change and coaching outcomes by designing features and functionalities that motivate and empower users to make positive health, fitness, and performance choices. Ideally, bringing previous experiences driving behavior change for users. Pulse on Industry:

Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the health and fitness industry. Cross-functional collaboration:

Collaborate closely and effectively with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and performance science teams. Inspired Storytelling:

Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Tell stories that inspire. QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successful launches, in the consumer space. Bonus points for doing so in health, fitness, wellness, or a related industry to WHOOP. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a highly data-driven and user-centric mindset. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience building experiences that change user behavior and create habits and a strong understanding of human psychology. Experience with mobile app development and understanding of the wearable technology landscape. Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, and a strong alignment with WHOOP's mission and values. This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
