Finance Operations Manager
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Accounting & Finance

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Operations Manager has primary responsibility for the planning and management of TPG budgeting and reporting, forecasting, inventory, and compliance with corporate, customer and regulatory accounting and finance requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assure accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis as well as overseeing all operational accounting functions;
Provide financial projections and accounting services;
Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed, as required, and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for TPG;
Support corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls;
Oversight of warehouse operations and cycle count practices;
Oversight of inventory control transactions, analysis, and reporting;
Oversight of contract administration function ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements in contract acceptance, modification, and contract closures;
Oversight of cost modeling and financial bid preparation;
Develop, analyze and support Government Incurred Cost Rates from inception to invoicing and reconciliation - also support DCAA audits;
Coordinate with Joint-Venture partners developing cost and pricing strategies measurement systems and reports;
Manage compliance with timely execution of invoice processing;
Support corporate, customer, and regulatory reporting requirements; and
Support customer, regulatory, and third-party audits, as required.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.

This position requires use of and access to information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Accordingly, all CFOs must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Ten years of experience in accounting/finance field. Minimum 5 years as controller or 2 years as CFO; manufacturing industry preferred.
