PGS Worldwide is seeking skilled Electrical Engineers to join the team in Grand Prairie, TX, and embark on an exciting journey in missile development. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of groundbreaking projects, contributing your expertise to the development of critical hardware components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide invaluable technical support to Supplier Management Teams (SMT), driving the development of essential hardware components such as Electronic Safe Arm Fuse (ESAF) and Ignition Safety Device (ISD).
  • Design Excellence: Develop meticulous electrical requirements, designs, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and drawings, guaranteeing the safety and functionality of our missile systems.
  • Problem Solving: Conduct thorough research, technical investigations, and problem resolution, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our systems.
  • Innovative Solutions: Support system and subsystem design updates and releases, contributing to the advancement of our cutting-edge technology.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, providing on-site support as needed to conduct design verification and qualification testing events, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring project success.
  • Reporting: Report efforts directly to the Program Electrical Engineer Lead, providing insights and updates on project progress.

Required Experience:

  • Electrical Expertise: Minimum of 6+ years of experience with a strong electrical background, coupled with a proven track record of working effectively with electronics suppliers.
  • Analog and High Voltage: Proficiency in analog and high voltage power electrical backgrounds, with demonstrable experience in high voltage circuit application.
  • Clearance Requirement: Candidates must currently hold an active Secret clearance or have held an Active Secret Clearance in the past.

Desired Experience:

  • Safety Electronics: Background in safety electronics is highly desired, enhancing the candidate's ability to contribute to our safety-critical systems.
