Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor-Night ShiftRegistered Nurse (RN) Supervisor-Night Shift Duties Include:
- Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment
- Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team
- Must hold a current RN license in the state of NY
- LTC experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
Shifts: 11p to 7a
Salary: based on experience
