Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Benefits Clerk at Eudora School District. The Benefits Clerk will manage and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with employees. They will also assist with benefits administration tasks, such as maintaining records and updating employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources and Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of HR Management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Training experience is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in benefits administration or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
