Qualifications:
- BS degree in electrical engineering or closely related technical field.
- 5 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting RF products and resolving integration issues is required.
- Experience with the use of microwave test equipment is required.
- Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
- Relevant experience in the defense electronics industry is desired.
- Experience with RF design is desired.
- Active Secret needed to start.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and production of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high reliability applications in all phases of the product life cycle.
- Design and develop circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full rate production.
- Work on complex technical problems and provide solutions which are innovative and ingenious.
- Be able to act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational products.
- Have the option to mentor less experienced engineers on our team.
- Contribute to or author proposals and can participate on business capture efforts.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to include hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel.
