We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to help our client scale their enterprise data capabilities. This role focuses on building and optimizing data pipelines across AWS and on-prem environments, driving analytics that power smarter business decisions across finance, logistics, and procurement. What Youll Do: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, AWS, and SQL Build and optimize data warehouses, automate workflows, and ensure performance at scale Partner with internal product owners to translate data requirements into actionable insights Develop dashboards and analytical tools that enable real-time decision-making Lead innovation through AI and automation initiatives (RAG, LLMs, chatbots) Mentor junior engineers and champion data engineering best practices What You Bring: 7+ years of hands?on experience in modern data engineering and analytics Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Athena) Strong understanding of Agile delivery and data modeling principles Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Join: Employee-owned company with a robust ESOP Competitive pay, annual bonus, and 401(k) match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Strong culture of innovation and continuous improvement Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
