Quality Supervisor | Kentwood, MI Salary Range: $71,000 - $100,000 depending on experience Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding opportunity in {{role_field}}? By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for. Key Responsibilities Supervise and train a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians. Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans. Lead investigations into quality non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience. Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
