Your key responsibilities Drive creative, cross-category initiatives to deliver innovative experiences and solutions to leverage for Regional Consumer Brands clients in NAM.

Lead development of strategic programs that unlock new business opportunities for regional client base based on thorough understanding of marketplace, consumer and dsm-firmenich innovation and capabilities.

Analyze external data sources - Retail sales data, cross-cultural global trends and insights to uncover new opportunity areas with high impact fragrance propositions.

Directly lead a team of marketers with activities which will include but not be limited to:

Managing team timeline and deliverables to accounts and clients

Conceptualize fragrance and brand recommendations and product concepts

Generating insight driven, client/brand relevant trends and proposals

Spearheading creativity sessions to drive fragrance innovation

Deliver high impact, inspiring and influential client presentations and pitches to C-suite (internal & external customers).

Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and client partners local and global.

You bring 10+ years of industry related experience in beauty or fragrance marketing.

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related is required.

Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives

Superior creative writing abilities

Experience leading a team of marketers and creative staff
