Description
Schedule: (Can vary and will be discussed during In-person interview)
- Mix of these two schedules-7-3:30 or 10-6:30 M-TH, 8:30-5 F
Key Functions:
- Provides excellent customer service to patients by listening and appropriately serving patients.
- Contributes to an overall positive work atmosphere through actions and attitude.
- Relays relevant information to the appropriate internal staff.
- Follows practice procedures for appointment entry, check-in and/or check-out processes.
- Participates in office meetings and educational activities.
- Maintains work area in neat and orderly manner.
- Complies with HIPAA procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High School Diploma, or general education degree (GED), or one to three months relates experience, and/or training or equivalent combination or education and experience.
