Project Manager Business Integration
State College, PA
Note- This position is minimum 3 days a week onsite at the address below in State College. The other two days can be remote. Please submit local candidates only to State College.

Hourly rate: 42.85/hr, W 2
SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring successful completion of all aspects of the project s coordination and implementation. Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team that includes internal and external customers.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
" Organize project, tasking priorities to achieve objectives
" Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, risk, and metrics
" Partner with Senior leadership to allocate resources to drive projects to on-time completion
" Identifies and coordinates the efforts of various members of cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables
" Delegates tasks to the appropriate team members throughout the organization
" Schedules and leads team meetings and ad hoc meetings, as required, in coordinating project activities and managing project issues
" Leads project decision making process and brings closure to open issues
" Manages project communications including meeting minutes, monthly updates, communications meetings, and project tollgates
" Maintains current program review documentation and provides reports on progress to site and division management
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
" Must possess solid business acumen, strong leadership skills, and analytical proficiency
" Must possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate and recognize issues, analyze risks, consider options, and make decisions to drive results.
" Must be able to function in a changing, high-impact position with deadline and resource limitations.
" Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, internal and external customers and suppliers, and outside agencies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
" Earned bachelor s degree in engineering or related technical disciplines, or Business Management or Leadership (preferred)
" Three years of project management experience (desired)
" PMP Certification (desired)
" Demonstrated written and oral communication capability (required)
" Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio (required)
" Proficiency with Microsoft Project or other equivalent software tool for program tracking (required)
" Other tasks as required to support the business objectives (required)
