Your Impact:
- Craft Legal Solutions: Lead in estate planning, probate, and business formation.
- Client Engagement: Meet clients, assess needs, provide expert legal counsel, and build lasting relationships.
- Document Mastery: Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
- Business Planning: Assist in designing business structures and tax planning.
- Legal Research: Stay updated on laws and regulations.
- Leadership: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and lead.
- Court Representation: Attend hearings, represent clients in contested probate matters. Assist lead counsel with matters appealed to Superior Court.
- Community Presence: Enhance the firm's presence in various forums.

Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing
- Active Georgia state bar membership
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
- Strong communication and public speaking abilities
- Thrive in a time-sensitive, high-energy, and demanding environment.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond swiftly to urgent matters
