Overview:

Remote IOP Therapist - Contract

Pay: $45.00 - 85.00 per hour DOE

Hours: 10 - 15 hours per week, 90 minute sessions scheduled within 4pm-10 pm EST

As a Virtual/Remote IOP Therapist at Embark, you'll be supported by a seasoned Executive Director, Clinical Director, talented Therapists, and a dedicated Administrative Team. This hourly role provides the perfect balance for your professional and personal life, with group hours from 4pm-10pm EST. This is a contracted position and group hours are Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 10 pm EST. You must have some availability during those hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary therapist serving ages 12-28. Must have a passion for working with this population.
  • Various responsibilities include running IOP group, individual therapy, family therapy, and treatment team/discharge planning discussion.
  • We require a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week during our group hours 4-10 pm EST
Qualifications:
  • Full Clinical Licensure in MD
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
  • A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy. This position requires direct client work and you must be passionate about working with clients ages 12-28 and their families.
  • Preferred -Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Preferred - One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Experience practicing DBT, TF-CBT and ERP a plus
  • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
  • Ability to pass a state background check.
