Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.Qualifications:QualificationsEducationOther Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing Required or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing Required (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred Work Experience1+ years Experience in assisting breastfeeding mothers, particularly in the inpatient setting. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of needs of antepartal and postpartal mother. Required Experience in assisting breastfeeding mothers, particularly in the inpatient setting. Required Evidence of ongoing continuing education and professional development. Required Uses selected technical (lactation) and office equipment (e.g., fax, computer, telephone) to meet patient and family needs.
