**Job Title: CNC Machinist****Job Description**We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team across various shifts. This role involves setting up CNC machines, performing tool changes, and making precise adjustments to ensure high-quality production. Our facility operates with a range of equipment including robo drills, Swiss turning machines, Murata twin spindle machines, citizen, and acme screw machines. If you have strong experience in CNC machine operation and are looking for a dynamic work environment, we invite you to apply.**Hard Skills**+ 3+ years of CNC Set Up/Machinist experience+ Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges+ Experience reading and understanding blueprints or work instructions+ Basic computer skills for data entry**Soft Skills**+ Ability to work independently+ Strong attention to detail+ Quality control assessments+ Adaptability to rotating shifts and schedules**Weekday Crew:** Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday+ 1st Shift: 5:45 am- 2 pm+ 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm - 10 pm with 5% shift premium+ 3rd Shift: 9:45 pm - 6 am with 5% shift premium**Weekend Crew Full Time:** Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (10 openings)+ Hours: Two Shifts 10 Hours+ 5 am Start with 10% Premium+ 5 pm Start with 15% Premium**Weekend Crew Part Time:** Saturday and Sunday+ Hours: 3 Shifts, 8 Hours+ 5:45 am - 2:00 pm with 10% Shift Premium+ 1:45 pm - 10:00 am with 15% Shift Premium+ 9:45 am - 6:00 am with 15% Shift Premium**Right now working 6-7 days, lots of overtime available. They are trying to rotate weekends when possible. Working 60+ hours a week right now, anticipated to last for the next 6 months****Work Environment**Our work environment includes weekday and weekend shifts with opportunities for overtime. We offer shift premiums for second, third, and weekend shifts. Safety is a priority, so an appropriate dress code and protective gear are required.
