We believe in the power of social media to connect, inspire, and engage with our target audience. As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager at Miche Beauty in Lanham, MD (right outside of Washington DC). The Manager will be responsible for spearheading the influencer and social media strategy for our brand. Your primary focus will be on implementing integrated influencer and social media marketing initiatives to boost brand growth and surpass revenue goals. We are looking for a social media expert who can skillfully drive strategy, cultivate a team, and execute marketing campaigns that result in tangible growth. Your entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, exceptional influencer relationship-building skills, and passion for social media and storytelling will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
Produce and edit original and engaging social media content (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin) that drives engagement and keeps Miche Beauty top of mind across the ever-evolving social media landscape
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to optimize content performance.
Participate, and lead Tiktok lives to produce awareness and sales
Plan and publish organic social content on social media as assigned, including the writing of organic copy
Monitor and moderate all social mentions of brands across social media to protect the brand, inform reporting, and identify engagement opportunities
Develop and implement influencer and social media strategy for the brand, driving clear success and brand growth.
Manage influencer partnerships and agreements for all campaigns.
Create an influencer marketing calendar that drives awareness and engagement.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of storytelling and create content that makes people purchase and captivates their emotions.
Manage and track influencer & social media budgets, including incentive/gifting programs.
Establish metrics of success and present reports on performance.
Our Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years
of social and influencer manager experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - must have an outgoing, friendly personality
Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
Experience with influencers and influencer marketing
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
Proficient in video editing software and tools (e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be located in the DMV - this is NOT a remote position
