Job Summary:Auto Park Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Store Manager. This full-time, salary-based position is located in our dealership in Kendallville, Indiana. As the Store Manager/Business Office, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our dealership's business operations, including sales, customer service, finance, and administrative tasks. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive sales and revenue while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive team culture.Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement plan with company match- Paid time off and holidays- Employee discounts on vehicles and servicesResponsibilities:- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the dealership, including sales, customer service, finance, and administrative tasks- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales and administrative staff- Foster a positive and professional work environment, providing guidance and support to team members when needed- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints promptly- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, making adjustments and improvements as needed- Maintain inventory levels and oversee pricing, discounts, and promotions- Prepare and submit financial reports to upper management- Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to ensure a seamless customer experienceRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or management in the auto industry- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsEEOC statement:Auto Park is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
