Overview:

The Warranty Analyst is responsible for ensuring that warranty claims and concealed damage orders are processed in a timely manner while ensuring credits are issued promptly. The analyst will provide training for new service companies and distributors on proper use of the warranty system.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact to customers, answering warranty-related questions and working to Answer customers Warranty related questions and resolve concerns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders & support internal and external requests
  • Assess opportunities to improve systems and/or processes; Assist in developing and implementing solutions
  • Assist in vendor recovery efforts related to warranty


Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two-year Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Completed training in Computer Software Programming/Use, Business Administration, Marketing or other related business fields, preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Systems-proficient; Particularly Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Solid organizational skills: Ability to self-manage workload; able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Customer-centric; adept at cultivating relationships and consistently delivers an efficient, positive customer experience
  • Demonstrates curiosity; Strong analytical and research skills, leverage multiple sources of data to proactively identify appropriate solutions

Travel:

  • No regular travel required; Ability to travel as needed

Standard and Physical Requirements:

  • Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting
