Implement optimizations for performance and resource efficiency. User Profile Management: Configure and manage user profiles in virtual desktop environments. Implement profile solutions to ensure consistent and personalized user experiences. pplication Virtualization: Package and deploy applications using VMware App Volumes or equivalent technologies. Ensure compatibility and performance of virtualized applications. Having knowledge on VMware vSphere V-center. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to safeguard virtual desktop infrastructure. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of virtual desktop environments and take proactive measures to optimize resource utilization. Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues. End-User Support: Provide support to end-users experiencing issues with virtual desktop access or applications. SLA, Change and Problem management and Ticketing tool - Service now knowledge. Collaborate with helpdesk and support teams to address user needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of VMware Horizon configurations, procedures, and best practices Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate VDI solutions with broader IT infrastructure. Participate in projects related to virtual desktop enhancements or expansions.
