We are currently looking for a Staff/Sr. Accountant to join our growing team

The Person:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff/Sr. Accountant who is passionate about finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A day in the life of the Staff/Sr. Accountant would be:

  • Preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Conducting month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting principles and regulations
  • Working with multiple departments to prepare vendor packets, credit applications, and customer contracts
  • Completing monthly sales tax filings for multiple states
  • Managing company credit cards for 40+ employees
  • Reviewing transactions for appropriate coding in our accounting software
  • Assisting the management on special projects, as requested
A few qualifications this person must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
