Motorcycle Sales Associate for Harley-Davidson of New Port Richey

Responsibilities Include
- Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and social media.
- Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest.
- Schedule Guest's showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival.
- Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.
- Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal "book" of repeat business.
- Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database.
- Company-paid training for new candidates.
- Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience not required.
- Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
- Exceptional Guest service skills and desire to achieve CSI scores above manufacturer requirements.
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Some college preferred.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
