Blanco Tacos & Tequila is a part of the Fox Restaurant Concepts family of restaurants. At Blanco, we treat our guests to a stay-cation fit for a relaxing afternoon south of the border. We create authentic Mexican dishes like street-style tacos with fresh salsa and pair it with unforgettable margaritas and ice cold Mexican beer. We are looking for Servers to help us bring the south of the border flare to our guests.

Who Are You?

You love food and have the ability to create a welcoming environment. You have at least 2 years of recent experience in a high volume restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as part of a team. Availability to work weekends or some holidays.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations
  • Know regular guests by name; understand their preferences and needs
  • Know the menu and make recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy
  • Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Keep the dining spaces clean and presentable
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
