Part Time Kitchen Associate Overseer daily production in kitchen outlets. Provide extraordinary food service to all guests. Assist in opening and closing duties daily. Adhere to kitchen cleanliness guidelines. Maintain food safety and health standards. Chop vegetables. Prepare meats. Make sauces. Follow Argyle Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures. Personal Attributes: Be able to interact with fellow associates in a friendly, professional manner. Capable of working in a high-volume environment with calm, collected attitude. Proficient in multi-tasking while maintaining safe food handling. Strong teamwork attitude. Able to read, understand, and follow written directives. Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities. Skills and Experience: 1 year experience in high volume kitchen preferred. Experience and knowledge of high-volume production cooking. Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule. Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Abilities: Long periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
