Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field5+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.5+ years of experience translating business requirements into innovative technical/functional solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds and Lightning ExperienceDirect expertise building managed and unmanaged packages on the App ExchangeStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations paired with Salesforce architecture, design, and configuration skillsProficient in Apex, Flows, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, and API integrationsExperience with Salesforce development tools, especially Salesforce DX, source control, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)Experience with Lighting Web Components and JavaScripts Framework ExperienceExperience with mid- to large-scale implementation supporting multiple lines of businessThorough understanding and execution of Salesforce Deployment ProcessStrong research and analytical skillsSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II, and Architectural related are highly desiredJob Summary

The Salesforce Partnership Engineering team is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your strong functional and technical Salesforce expertise to design, develop, and maintain complex business solutions within the Salesforce Platform. You will pair your passion, creativity, and innovation with modern tools and techniques to design scalable solutions around business process automation, integration, and performance optimization that provide a world-class experience to team members and partners alike and bring our mission to life.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple delivery teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring best practices are followedMentor and develop fellow Salesforce professionalsLead technical design sessions to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platformDesign, develop, test, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functionsDesign, develop, and implement application information security architecture in an enterprise environmentBuild managed and unmanaged packages on the App ExchangeBuild solutions with Apex, Flows, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, and API integrationsDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applicationsCreate and maintain high-quality documentation of technical designs and delivered solutionsUse hands-on expertise to identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing Salesforce solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainabilityMaintain expert-level knowledge of latest Salesforce capabilities, tools, and techniques to establish and own our development standards and best practices
