The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating marketing activities to drive the sales effort. Situated within the Global Sales team, this position collaborates closely with the Brand Marketing team to craft promotional assets for marketing the company’s products and services. The Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities encompass various areas, including creating sales presentations and videos, event planning, managing public and media relations, and supporting Brand Marketing in overseeing the company’s social media and website. Duties / Responsibilities

Maintain the client database in collaboration with the Global Sales team and CRM Manager to generate accurate lists for targeted marketing campaigns, party invitations, newsletters, and gift distribution lists Develop breakthrough strategies, concepts, and ideas for client newsletters Monitor incoming requests from the website or other email distributions to identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to respond effectively Manage industry trade organizations for event sponsorship, conference participation, editorial contributions, news distribution, speaker bookings, and photography management Collaborate with the sales team to identify collateral needs, then brief the Brand Marketing team accordingly Keep an inventory of sales support merchandise based on sales team requirements, identifying innovative merchandise and collaborating with Brand Marketing to develop materials reflecting Iyuno branding Ensure timely delivery of client Holiday gifts to appropriate key contacts Maintain and organize a marketing calendar, ensuring it remains current and accurate for sharing with the Sales team during monthly calls Create presentations and documents to support RFPs, bidding presentations, new product decks, one-sheets and other materials as required by the sales team Manage e-booking and virtual business cards on behalf of the sales team to drive new business growth at trade events Handle press requests related to sales activities Support the management of marketing budget Experience

Proficiency in sales enablement collateral Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, writing, and copy-editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and punctuation Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines using calendars, trackers, project management applications, and agendas Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and other tools essential for executing sales strategy effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific emphasis on PowerPoint presentation development and Word document formatting Basic understanding of design principles, brand style guides, fonts, layouts, and image resizing techniques Ability to manage multiple projects with different objectives and varying deadlines efficiently Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, creative, and deadline-oriented environment, with the capacity to respond with appropriate urgency to situations and tasks Self-starter with the ability to research and find solutions to obstacles, consistently evaluating and optimizing marketing and communications programs Knowledge of AP Style writing Passion for entertainment, technology, culture, and media Education

1-3 years in Marketing or sales enablement at Agency or B2B environment Experience working in the Entertainment industry, specifically film or TV, is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
