The Human Resources Intern is responsible for supporting the entire human resources department including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. This would include basic data management and the scanning and indexing of files.

Essential Functions
  • Perform routine tasks related to staffing changes and maintain employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Assist with internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Perform routine administrative tasks related to the LMS including auditing of files, running reports, and compiling DiSC packets.
  • Assist with duties related to New Hire Orientation (new hire badging requests, I9 documentation)
  • Accommodate Lunch and Learn sessions, coordinate sign in sheets and lunch deliveries.
  • Admin support such as printing, mailing, copying, inventorying supplies as needed for the L&D/Intern programs
  • Prepare and disseminate HR Communications.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Desire to be part of a team and thrive in a team environment.
