JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status

- Updating information in accounts from Medical Billers and requirements

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain customer records and update information in the database

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our processes

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Experience working in a healthcare/pharmaceutical industry environment

- Experience working with databases CRM preferably and/or tracking systems like Salesforce

- Strong ability to multitask

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
