Our client who is a multinational entertainment conglomerate located in Anaheim CA is currently seeking an onsite Construction Planner with strong Airtable experience.
18 month contract
$47-55/hr W2
Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) is looking for a Planner to support the development and sustainment of assets and projects. Our department oversees a wide range of sustainment efforts and project types, including shops, attractions, hotels, entertainment venues, maintenance facilities, offices, and various area developments found on our property. Projects range from initial research and full facility assessments to minor renovations and new construction.
You will work closely with architectural and engineering disciplines, collaborating with multiple internal project teams. Your reporting line will be to the Sr. Manager - Architecture.
What You Will Do:
Contribute to assigned strategic planning and scheduling tasks to support the Architecture & Facilities Engineering Team in regard to building out an Airtable database from disparate data sources for a congruent tool.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and detailed data management, planning, and scheduling in Airtable to support Architecture and Engineering teams for both planned and unplanned project work.
Collaborate with project partners to develop work standards and processes, including exploration and adaptation of new technologies to improve workflows.
Publish comprehensive look-ahead schedules, ensuring alignment with labor availability and project timelines.
Coordinate activities with Resort partners, such as Program and Project Management teams.
Support long-term resource management through strategic planning initiatives.
Provide comprehensive schedules for the entire directorate portfolio for leadership review.
Utilize relational databases for data management and scheduling tools such as Airtable.
Apply experience within the construction industry, including technical writing, proficiency in interpreting drawings, and negotiation skills to gain stakeholder buy-in.
Required Experience:
Airtable
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction planning or facilities planning.
Proficiency in Alteryx.
Proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree
