Talent and Student Recruitment Associate Position Overview: The Talent Recruitment Associate (TSRA) will be responsible for strategizing and executing an approach to recruiting talent for CASA Academy. The TSRA will also assist with increasing student enrollment through different community outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand CASA Academy’s mission, culture, and value proposition for recruiting candidates;
  • Create recruiting strategies and build a talent pipeline to source, attract, and recruit top level education talent;
  • Build long-term relationships with universities and other educational institutions, including coordinating with career services, to schedule and attend outreach events and career fairs;
  • Articulate in writing a scalable recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal recruitment tracking process;
  • Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top candidate pools;
  • Execute a strategy in partnership with the operations team to meet annual student recruitment targets through community outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns;
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
