We are hiring a strategic and results-driven Senior Vice President of Finance, with a proven track record of leading cohesive financial organizations that drive outsized results. As

SVP of Finance , you will support all financial functions for Forum, from Strategic Finance to FP&A and Accounting. You will develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability. This role is responsible for directing cross-functional collaboration, performance management, financial processes and systems, and fiscal decision-making, reporting directly to the CEO. What you'll do:

Guide and develop both growing and high-performing teams across Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance / FP&A, and Accounting functions. Serve as a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member with shared responsibility for directing and carrying out Forum’s strategy, mission, principles, and culture. Execute financial strategies aligned with company goals, working as a trusted partner to leaders overseeing Growth Partnerships, Operations, People, Technology, and Corporate Development. Lead the budgeting process, providing guidance on resource allocation, cost control measures, and financial forecasting to support informed decision-making. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate financial risks through the implementation of strong policies and procedures. Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, presenting key financial metrics to the SLT, Forum’s Board of Directors, current and future investors, and the company as a whole. Provide financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuation support for a variety of special projects that may include M&A, financings, new business initiatives, and other ad-hoc projects. Manage core accounting and tax processes, inclusive of investor reporting requirements, tax preparation and filing, NetSuite reconciliations, annual audit completion, and more. Partner directly with the CEO on all elements of corporate governance, investor relations, and fundraising. Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance and/or FP&A, with at least 3 years in a finance leadership role. Proven track record of success in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability; experience in inventory-based businesses is preferred. Depth of knowledge in core FP&A, accounting, and tax principles. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, fundraising, debt financing, and other corporate finance activities. Demonstrated performance in supporting and developing high-aptitude finance teams in growth environments. Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in all financial activities. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Commitment to promoting Forum’s six principles in the workplace. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An advanced graduate degree in a related field (e.g. MBA) and/or financial certifications (e.g. CFA / CPA) are valued, but not required.
