Job Description
For HRG role:
Strategic HR Business Partner to RP APAC;
Member of the global MA/HR management team
Cooperation within global HR management team: e.g. derivation of strategic HRG team goals, supports solution team approach, PMI projects, etc.)
Defines regional HR strategy, based on overall MA HR strategy;
Develops maturity and competence of HRL/HR BP in region;
Responsible for execution & implementation of processes in region APAC; advises regarding country-specific features, deviations from the process standard, content arrangements and rules within the framework of the overall policy;
Expand policy and/or process including module element description via local agreements in the framework of the global policy/ process;
Personnel support for regional VA/VN “outbound”
Close cooperation within global HRG network
For HRL Sgh role:
Define and put into implementation the local HR focus topics according to MA People Strategy and MA China business need;
Support local management team by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions in topics like organization change, competencies and people development, leadership development and etc. and act as change agent in dealing with OD topics;
Leads the HRBP team in MA China in Shanghai (including MACN-Sgh, SXCN, RBTS, and branches), responsible for the team development and engagement;

Business acumen, able to translate business strategy into HR strategy

Strong ownership and accountability, willing to take additional responsibility and go the extra mile
Open-minded, can cope the changing situation and play the role as change agent with new ideas and solutions
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different level of leaders and associates
Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
