No Position Description As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include
Responsible for planning, executing, and finishing projects while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products within established timelines.
Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Collaborate with the Sales team in understanding customer requirements and expectations for new business opportunities.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among team members to address project challenges and ensure project success.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with the Quality team to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and change requests. Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
3-5 years’ experience in a leadership position
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project management methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
