We are proud to serve the best retailers around the globe with a complete end-to-end service from design to distribution.SHIFT: 6am-6pm (Mon-Wed) | 6am-1pm (Thur) Run multiple rewinders to standard speed.Set up and change over machines.Ensure that cores are feeding properly, and Labeler is working properly.Maintain and service all mechanical aspects of machines to ensure proper running condition.Change label rolls as needed and ensure correct labels are being used per work order.Position and load rolls on machine.Thread rewinder after roll change.Monitor Overwrap film to ensure proper bullseye and seals.Load/change Overwrap film.Manually load cores to core hopper when necessary.Operate, adjust, and trouble-shoot machines to meet or exceed production standards.Check products for quality and ensure they meet quality guidelines.Maintain a clean safe work environment.Keep waste within allowed limits or less.Assist wherever needed in the work center.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required ExperienceMust be able to lift 50 pounds or more overhead.Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds or more.Must be able to stand on feet for up to 12 hours.Must be able to grasp, push, and pull.Must be able to bend, squat, climb, and reach above shoulder level.Must be able to read and write English.Must be able to follow written and oral instructions in English.Must be familiar with basic hand tools.Must be able to use a touch-screen computerMust be able to make machine adjustments (length, film alignment, roll telescoping, label placement, etc.)Must assist maintenance as needed with make-ready.Responsible for keeping area clean, taking out trash, sweeping, etc.Must possess good mechanical aptitude.Must have basic math skills.Ability to distinguish color and patterns.Must be able to work overtime as needed and last minute.ATTENDANCE: Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization; employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.Will be required to work overtime as needed. Design Group follows CDC Guidelines.
