Position Overview: Technical Sales Manager (Remote)

- Highly motivated and experienced salesperson drives sales growth and expands market presence for our precision grinding vitrified category. The Technical Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role reports into the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for vitrified product category. Serve as a primary technical point-of-contact for client and sales team, providing product demonstrations, technical consultations, and support throughout the sales process. Identify and target potential clients within various industries, including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and more. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product specifications to prospects and clients.

Requirements and skills: Experienced with products and applications of industrial end-users i.e. bearing, cutting tool, aerospace, and general metalworking. 5+ years of application experience in technical precision/vitrified products Proven experience in technical selling (with travel preferred) Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, CRM, Etc.) Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere.
