Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Infotree Global Solutions As a Senior Procurement Associate (Contractor) in Procurement Operations, you will lead transactional and operational procurement activities supporting silicon programs, driving excellence in execution and enhancing both employee and supplier experiences. You will be responsible for conducting periodic audits to ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional and global procurement teams to streamline processes, promote best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across the procurement function. Job Overview In this role, you will act as a change agent to reengineer business process and provide end-to-end Procurement operations support, ensuring lights stay on, provide creative solutions to problems and manage transactional spend for direct materials. Responsibilities Lead procurement operations support for silicon programs and help navigate end-to end procurement processes for direct materials, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, supplier collaboration and supply chain visibility. Support transactional purchases and business process tasks in line with agreed service levels and promote preferred buying channels through to pay. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules for low risk / low dollar transactional spend. Partner with planning, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on material requirements. Validate purchase requisition for accuracy, completion, required approvals and compliance with policy. Document and maintain SOPs, process documents and intranet pages. Support supplier registration process by proactively coordinating end-to-end and maintain supplier records and related documentation as current. Collaborate with cross-functional business process work-streams to resolve and reconcile issues. Collaborate with geographically distributed business process and application support teams to resolve technical issues and problems. Required Skills and Experience 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in Procurement, Buying or Procurement Operations. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, S4 HANA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Graduate degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Business, or related field. Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain principles. Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred. Open to supporting global time zones. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.
