Job Description Job Description Aristotle is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join an established campaign team supporting our fundraising and compliance software product, Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships with customers from all different backgrounds. The CSM serves a critical role at Aristotle starting at the point of sale, leading technical demonstrations, helping the client assemble and review data for onboarding, verifying onboarding completion, setting up trainings, and continuing to ensure customers are achieving high-value results. This role acts as the customers trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resource that will facilitate the achievement of their objectives using Aristotles products and services. CSM will play a fundamental part in sales, onboarding, support and creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.Pluses for candidates with experience in campaign/non-profit/political party fundraising, accounting/compliance, or strong data analytical skills.Responsibilities include:Engage and work with customers during sales and on-boarding experience, identifying needs and driving deep product adoption and success.Ensure onboarding and implementation processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.Review, write, and communicate with data implementation engineers during onboarding and data conversion. Review accuracy of conversion through series of report verifications.Lead technical sales demonstrations with sales prospects.Utilize extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and training to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful outcomes.Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and supporting them in achieving objectives.Regular check-ins with customers, collecting and delivering customer feedback to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges. Advocate for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of the customer.Serve as an ambassador for Campaign Manager and Aristotle internally and externally, attending meetings and conferences as required. (Travel may be required once or twice per year.)RequirementsThis role is located in Washington, DC. Hybrid flexibility after introductory period with a minimum of three days a week on-going at our Capitol Hill headquarters.Bachelors degree in political science, accounting, business, data analytics, computer science, or related fields.2+ years of relevant work experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences of all levels.Comfort in handling spreadsheets containing financial data is essential. Including reviewing and interpreting financial reports to verify totals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software suite.Proficient Excel knowledge (e.g.: pivots, lookups, data cleansing, connecting to external data sources).Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.General knowledge of campaigns, voting, legislative process, and interest in politics.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Desired RequirementsExperience with fundraising or reporting on Federal or state political campaigns.Experience of working with different types of data sources.
