Job Role

As an Empirical360 marketing assistant you will have an amazing opportunity to learn a ton of marketing related tasks & concepts. You will work with the implementation team & founders to help deliver our services to our clients. You will need to be organized and able to work with each department to fulfill your responsibilities.

We are a digital marketing company that serves attorneys looking to grow. Our mission is to help 250 law firms solve acquisition once and for all. We want to deliver amazing results to our clients, help our employees grow and thrive personally and build something great together.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Email inbox management for founders. This includes scheduling meetings, responding to emails within our ideal response times.
  2. Scheduling meetings for clients. This includes helping optimize the founders calendars while still maintaining a high touch service for our clients.
  3. Simple reporting for clients. This includes looking at Google Ads, Facebook Ads & CRMs to determine how a client is performing.
  4. Posting website content to client sites. This includes blogs and pages to WordPress sites.
  5. Sponsoring facebook ads. This includes using predesigned and written content and simply importing it into the correct campaigns within facebook.
  6. SEO + Ad related tasks. This could include creating Google Ad Accounts, buying backlinks, and creating local citations for clients.

  1. Ensure emails and meetings are booked in a timely manner so we can continue to provide excellent service for our clients.
  2. Make sure recurring tasks as outlined above are completed on time with a high standard of quality.
  3. Continue to learn and expand knowledge base

Requirements

  1. Works well in a fast pace environment.
  2. Can hit project deadlines while keeping quality of work in check
  3. Efficient with Outlook, Slack and Project Management Software (Asana)
  4. Has an interest in learning digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Lead Generation, Sales Enablement, Etc)
  5. BONUS - Has worked at a marketing agency or in a marketing role before
  6. Ability to meet 1-2 times a month in person to build team culture
  7. Can work virtually and maintain work ethic
