Part-Time Field Marketing Lead Brand Ambassador

Position SummaryThe Suja Juice Crew is a dynamic team of active, outgoing, and knowledgeable individuals, who are passionate about spreading the Suja Love. They live by way of Suja; leading healthy & active lifestyles and are eager to encourage others to live a long, beautiful life by way of conscious nutrition. An integral part of the Field Marketing Juice Crews role is to sample & educate consumers, while creating a memorable experience that will build brand awareness and drive brand loyalty. The Juice Crew is thEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBe the face of the brand at events, retail, and sampling opportunities and a credible product and brand expert.Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer.Be the team player that works and communicates well with other squad members to deliver sampling goals and success shift execution.Take ownership of sampling activations and work with hiring manager to ensure successful preparation and execution for events, samplings, and partnerships.Executes company initiatives and activations as required and directed by hiring manager.Submission & approval of activation reports within specified, required time frame that includes photos, activation results, shift documentation & consumer feedback.Track product and take care of team vehicles and assets.Consistent communication with your lead and managerAdhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant.May perform similar and incidental duties as required.Have fun It's just juiceJob Qualifications1+ Years of Brand Ambassador experienced desiredQuick learner with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to a changing environment.Excellent customer service and brand-promoting skills.Outgoing and ability to meet and connect with new and existing customers.Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Must have access to internet & phoneA clean driving record of 3 years must be providedA valid driver's license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked.Must have reliable transportation to get to and from your shiftCompensation$23 - $25 hourly#INDHPSuja Life is proud to be an equal opportunity employer seeking to create a welcoming and diverse environment.
