Opening for Temp to Perm Conversions

Position is for AM Shift (5am-5pm) or PM Shift (5pm-5am) on a 3-4 bi-weekly rotation
Work week schedule is Sunday-Wedneday OR Wednesday- Saturday with every other Wednesday off

BASIC PURPOSE

Responsible for picking, transferring, deducting, restocking and maintaining 99.99% inventory accuracy for daily production activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES
90%

Essential Duties
Able to follow the instructions during picking process.
Responsible for pulling daily materials and performing all transactions to keep inventory accurate.
Follow FIFO and/or LOT no. based on receiving date when restocking the picking locations
Perform inventory daily and month audits as required. Investigate any discrepancies noted on the daily audit count sheets and notifies Vault Manager as soon as they occur and resolve within 24 hours
Able to perform scraps, destructions, customers requests and make deductions according to appropriate work instructions.
Able to prepare for secure and non-secure outgoing shipments based on PCI security regulations.
Understand and support customer SLAs (Service Level Agreement) on daily basis.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High School graduate or equivalent GED.
Strongly prefer 6 months related experience preferably in the Inventory field.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Must possess basis mathematical skills and have the ability to recognize problems, collect data, and follow through until problems are resolved.
Be a dependable, self-starting, responsible employee with a good punctuality and attendance record.
Must be able to work varying hours
EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS
Ability to read and follow instructions, mechanical aptitude to operator department equipments.
